Yep, it’s FEBRUARY and I’m just now doing my “Best Of 2017” posts, but….let’s just roll with it.  I’ve been catching up on blogging my 2017 weddings for most of January, so I wanted to take a quick break from my beautiful couples and highlight some of my favorite FAMILY sessions that happened in 2017!  I’m starting with some of my favorites from spring and summer!  First, this session with the most magical light ever at Rood Bridge Park in Hillsboro–one of my favorite local spots for a forest session!

We bought our first house and moved to NEWBERG in the spring of 2017, so I invited clients out to explore Champoeg State Park with me and fell in LOVE with this beautiful location.

One of my wedding couples from 2016 invited me to their home for a NEWBORN session which was just the sweetest!  And PS: seeing prints of my photos on clients walls is the BEST feeling!

Spring was THE time to see favorite past clients!  I’ve photographed this sweet family a few times now, and this time I got to meet grandma and grandpa too!

Springtime was for wildflowers and pretty dresses at Cooper Mountain Nature Park:

I also made it out to Cannon Beach for a few sessions in the summertime, which is ALWAYS worth it!

And just as summer started to turn to fall–this adorable family session at Champoeg with HAY BALES, the barn, and picket fences, so, literally all of my favorite things!
