I’m about halfway through my summer season–I will likely not be open for fall bookings this year, so the end of August is the end of my year! This summer is totally flying by. If you’re hoping for family photos in Hillsboro or the surrounding area–NOW is the time! The added bonus is of course this beautiful weather. I love not having to worry quite so much about rain reschedules, plus this GLOW!
This sweet family just welcomed their third baby, so we met for a morning photo session to play in the meadow! They live just around the corner from us, and their oldest daughter was a classmate of my son’s, which means that pre-Covid, we spent many afternoons waiting for their schoolbus. (Or, it meant that they saw me and my son RUN to the bus on so many mornings because yes, I’m THAT mom).
It’s so fun to see their family grow! I loved the way they all committed to just relaxing and having fun together. Sessions with newborns and older siblings can be a lot like LIFE with multiple kids and a newborn–unpredictable, a little chaotic, and a lot of fun! When parents step back and just focus on playing with their kids, it makes my job SO easy! Look at how stunning they are!
