Is a mini session enough time for us?

Mini sessions are truly that, brief sessions intended to quickly update a family portrait. They're excellent choices for returning clients or families with older children, where everyone is comfortable and ready to capture several images quickly. You know your children best! If you know your child needs time to warm up to strangers or new situations, a full session may be a better choice. 

We aren't available on the scheduled mini session date, can we book a different day for a mini session?

Mini sessions are held exclusively on the dates listed above. However, you're welcome to book a full session around your schedule at any time. Please contact me if you'd like to discuss your options for a full session.

What's the difference between a mini session and a full session?

The main difference between a mini session and a full session is customization and variety.

How many images, with how many different backdrops, are you hoping to choose your final photos from? At mini sessions, we'll be in front of one beautiful background without moving around the location. Our focus is on posed images, making it an excellent choice for holiday cards. At full sessions, we have time to explore the location, use several backgrounds and let your family interact naturally, which results in enough images to create a full wall artwork gallery from.

Full sessions are also customized for your family, with the ability to choose a location and date that suits your family best. Full sessions also include access to the client closet and personalized wardrobe styling.
